ABOUT SV BUILDERS

Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy - The owner of SV Builders has been doing Civil Construction works since 1986 onwards, immediately after finishing his studies. Prior to this, the father of Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy is Sri.M.Kolanda swamy had been doing the civil construction works from 1976 onwards, and he had experience in civil construction as sub contractor and participated in the consturction of few big industrial units such as M/s.Tools International Co, Dharga, in Hosur and M/s.Padma Industry, M/s.Ashok Leyland (unit-1) in Hosur and Tamilnadu Housing Board (TNHB housing unit), in Hosur etc.

As the father of Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy had good experience in civil construction works and constructed few important industrial units and residential units in and around Hosur, the applicant got interested in carrying on the civil construction works as contractor.

EXPERIENCE IN CIVIL CONSTRUCTION

From 1986 to 1988, Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy had done construction works in Tamil Nadu Housing Board, Hosur unit, as sub contractor, In 1989, Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy became independent contractor and done the civil construction contract works in the construction of TVS company (RPD) and TVS School in Hosur. From 1994, Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy had been doing few civil contract works in M/s.Larson & Tuobro, and M/s.Ashok Leyland (Second and Third unit) in Hosur. Mr.M.K.Thirupathi Swamy had involved in the construction of Sathya Sai Hospital in Whitefield, Banglore.

In 2003, the applicant became a partner in M/s.Meenakshi Nagar, Hosur, and the applicant himself constructed few residential units as contractor in the said Nagar.

In 2009-10, the applicant has done few construction works in M/s.Shapoorji Pallonji & Co.Ltd, Coimbatore. Besides the civil contract works, the applicant has been purchasing lands and develops it in residential plots and sell it to the general public, as proprietorship business.

In 2010, SV Builders had developed Ashley Gardens containing 35 Luxury Villas, in Kasuvagatta, Hosur (near ZEE School).
